Dr.
Azeem Haleem has 15 years experience in all fields of adult and pediatric
urology.
He was one of the first doctors in the Fox Valley region to provide a laparoscopic approach to kidney cancers with faster recovery, less pain and smaller incisions than a traditional approach. Prostate cancer is the most common internal form of cancer in males in the United States. Dr. Haleem offers an experienced hand in the diagnosis, management and treatment of prostate cancer including the nerve sparing radical prostatectomy and radioactive seed implantation.
Dr. Haleem offers several options for urinary incontinence in women including outpatient minimally invasive procedures as well as office based procedures.
Having performed hundreds of in-office vasectomies, his single incision technique has helped to minimize the discomfort of his patients choosing sterilization. For the management of BPH, he has performed hundreds of laser procedures allowing men relief of their symptoms with a safe and effective outpatient approach.
He has managed close to 1000 cases of kidney stones using lithotripsy (ESWL and laser), ureteroscopy, and medical management. An ounce of prevetion is worth a pound of cure.
